|(a) Each driver education school shall be inspected
at least one time in a calendar year.
(b) Upon completion of the inspection, the owner shall
be advised in writing of the results. The inspection report will indicate
whether the inspection was approved or not approved, and will describe
any violations identified during the inspection.
(c) For inspections that are not approved, the inspection
report will identify violations that must be corrected by the owner.
The report will also indicate the corrective modifications required
to address any violations. Additionally, the department may assess
administrative penalties and/or administrative sanctions for violations,
in accordance with the Code and this chapter.
