|(a) Primary schools and course providers shall have
a written grievance procedure that is disclosed to all students. Branch
schools shall follow the procedures approved for the primary school.
Driving Safety schools shall follow the procedures approved for the

including terminations and graduates, and the school.
(c) The front of each uniform certificate of course
completion shall contain department complaint contact information
and current department telephone number and email address in a font
that is visibly recognizable.
