CHAPTER 95TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES
RULE §95.21Permit Terms

A transportation network company permit issued under this chapter is:

  (1) valid for one year from the date of issuance;

   (2) valid throughout the state; and

   (3) nontransferable.
