| (a) The executive director of the department may issue
an order to stop sale of:
(1) motor fuel sold or offered for sale in violation
of this chapter; or
(2) motor fuel sold or offered for sale by or through
a device that is in violation of this chapter.
(b) Motor fuel subject to a stop-sale order may not
be sold until the order has been discharged by a court pursuant to §2310.060
of the Code, or the executive director receives notice acceptable
to the department that the motor fuel or device is in compliance with
this chapter.
