RULE §403.202Prerequisites to Suit

Subject to Texas Government Code §2260.007, the procedures contained in this chapter are exclusive and required prerequisites to suit under the Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 107, and the Government Code, Chapter 2260.
