| RULE §403.207 | Duty to Negotiate |
The parties shall negotiate in accordance with the timetable set forth in §403.208 of this title (relating to Timetable) and §403.214 of this title (relating to Mediation Timetable) to attempt to resolve all claims and counterclaims. No party is obligated to settle as a result of the negotiation. |
