| RULE §1.205 | Report to the Board, Evaluation of Council Costs and Effectiveness |
The Council shall report Council activities to the Board at least annually to allow the Board to properly evaluate the Council's work, usefulness, and the costs related to the Council's existence. The Board shall report its evaluation to the Legislative Budget Board in its biennial Legislative Appropriations Request. |
