(a) Each participating eligible institution shall ensure
that each Scholar's experience includes, at a minimum, the following
academic programmatic elements:
(1) Program cohort learning communities;
(2) Mentoring, research, and internship opportunities;
(3) Networking with state government, business, and
civic leaders; and
(4) Statewide cohort learning institutes or seminars.
(b) The Coordinating Board may enter into agreements
with participating eligible institutions to provide research-based
support for scholars to make satisfactory academic progress and graduate
on time at participating institutions.
(c) If a participating eligible institution is unable
to include a scholar or scholars in subsection (a) of this section,
academic programmatic elements, they must provide alternative programming
that has been approved by the Commissioner to aid the scholar in making
academic progress.
