RULE §22.752Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings:

  (1) Board--The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

   (2) Commissioner--The Commissioner of Higher Education.

   (3) Nursing Shortage Reduction Program--The program authorized in the General Appropriations Act, HB 1, Article III-56, Section 28, 86th Texas Legislature.
