CHAPTER 3RULES APPLYING TO ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE OR INDEPENDENT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN TEXAS REGARDING ELECTRONIC REPORTING OPTION FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES; AMNESTY
SUBCHAPTER AREQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN INCIDENTS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DATING VIOLENCE, OR STALKING AT CERTAIN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION; AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES
RULE §3.13Memoranda of Understanding Required

To facilitate effective communication and coordination regarding allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking at the institution, a postsecondary educational institution shall enter into one or more memoranda of understanding with an entity from one or more of the following categories:

  (1) local law enforcement agencies;

   (2) sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking advocacy groups; and

   (3) hospitals or other medical resource providers.
