RULE §9.75Compensatory (Including Developmental and Remedial) Education Courses

Developmental/remedial courses approved for two-year college instruction and eligible for state funding are listed in the Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual. Such courses should be used to support both academic and workforce education programs as appropriate.
