RULE §126.5Implementation of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Technology Applications, Elementary, Beginning with School Year 2012-2013

The provisions of §126.6 and §126.7 of this subchapter shall be implemented by school districts beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.
