This division applies only to review of a commissioner of education
decision to:
(1) revoke the charter of an open-enrollment charter
school under the Texas Education Code (TEC), Chapter 12;
(2) reconstitute the governing body of the charter
holder of an open-enrollment charter school under the TEC, Chapter
12;
(3) deny a petition for a discretionary renewal of
an open-enrollment charter school under the TEC, Chapter 12; and
(4) deny a petition for an expedited renewal of an
open-enrollment charter school under the TEC, Chapter 12.
