CHAPTER 343CONTESTED CASE PROCEDURE
RULE §343.53Board Action Possible upon Reinstatement of Revoked License

After evaluation, the board may:

  (1) deny reinstatement of a revoked license;

  (2) reinstate a revoked license;

  (3) require the satisfactory completion of a specific program or remedial education approved by the agency; and

  (4) require monitoring of the applicant's physical therapy practice as specified by the board.
