CHAPTER 509RULEMAKING PROCEDURES
RULE §509.2Emergency Rulemaking

If a state or federal law so requires the board to do so or if there is an imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare, the board may adopt, revise, or repeal board rules pursuant to §2001.034 of the Texas Government Code.
