SUBCHAPTER CALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
RULE §533.21Negotiated Settlement
(a) Commission staff and the respondent or applicant may enter into a settlement agreement following negotiations at any time.

 (b) Negotiations may be conducted in person or by electronic, telephonic, or written communication.
