SUBCHAPTER AGENERAL PROVISIONS
RULE §681.7Elections
(a) At the meeting held nearest to August 31 of each year, the board will elect a vice-chair.

(b) A vacancy which occurs in the office of vice-chair may be filled at any regular meeting.
