RULE §229.473Minimum Standards for Permitting and Operation

All food establishments shall be operated in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter 228 of this title (relating to Retail Food). Copies may be obtained from the department, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756-3182, or may be downloaded from the following website: www.dshs.texas.gov/foodestablishments.
