SUBCHAPTER HADDITIONAL DSA REQUIREMENTS
RULE §259.373DSA: Requirement for Translation

If a DSA submits documentation to HHSC in accordance with this chapter containing information that is not in English, the DSA must, at the same time, submit a translation of the information in English.
