| (a) The following limits apply to an individual's TxHmL
Program services:
(1) for adaptive aids, $10,000 during an IPC year;
(2) for dental treatment, $1,000 during an IPC year;
(3) for minor home modifications:
(A) $7,500 during the time the individual is enrolled
in the TxHmL Program, which may be paid in one or more IPC years;
and
(B) a maximum of $300 for repair and maintenance during
the IPC year; and
(4) for day habilitation and in-home day habilitation
combined, 260 units during an IPC year.
(b) A program provider may request, in accordance with
the TxHmL Program Billing Requirements, authorization of a requisition
fee:
(1) for an adaptive aid that is in addition to the
$10,000 service limit described in subsection (a)(1) of this section;
(2) for dental treatment that is in addition to the
$1,000 service limit described in subsection (a)(2) of this section;
or
(3) for a minor home modification that is in addition
to the $7,500 service limit described in subsection (a)(3)(A) of this
section.
