RULE §360.303Legal Authority

DARS court interpreter certification is administered and enforced under the statutory authority of:

  (1) Government Code, Chapter 57;

  (2) Civil Practice and Remedies Code, §21.003; and

  (3) Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 38.31(g).
