CHAPTER 742MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR LISTED FAMILY HOMES
SUBCHAPTER CCAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RULE §742.301What types of minimum qualifications must caregivers have?

Primary caregivers and substitute caregivers must:

  (1) Be at least 18 years of age; and

   (2) Meet the requirements in Chapter 745, Subchapter F of this title (relating to Background Checks).
