RULE §746.3427Must I use a licensed exterminator to treat my child-care center for insects, rodents, and other pests?

You may treat your center for pests only if you are certified as a noncommercial applicator by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Otherwise, you must use a pest control operator licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to prevent, control, or eliminate pest infestations at your child-care center, including the use of over-the-counter products designed for controlling insects, rodents, and other pests.
