RULE §747.5109How often must I inspect my sprinkler system?

If you use a sprinkler system:

  (1) The monitoring company or a state or local fire marshal must test the system at least annually;

  (2) You must document the date of the inspection, and the name and telephone number of the inspector; and

  (3) You must keep the most recent inspection report at your child-care home.
