| RULE §747.5419 | What plan must I have to handle transportation emergencies? |
You must ensure the caregiver who is transporting a child has clear instructions for handling emergency breakdowns and accidents, including vehicle evacuation procedures, supervision of the children, and contacting emergency help. |
