Higher risk recreational activities are activities that present
a greater potential of injury to the child and involve special technical
skill, equipment, or safety regulations for participation, including
using all-terrain vehicles, swimming activities, watercraft activities,
riding horses, wilderness hiking and camping excursions, trampoline
use, and using weapons, firearms, explosive materials, and projectiles.
