RULE §749.1185May I take possession of a child from a law enforcement officer?

You may take possession of a child from a law enforcement officer only if you meet the requirements of 40 TAC Chapter 745, Subchapter H, Division 2 (relating to Taking Possession of a Child Directly from a Law Enforcement Officer).
