RULE §749.41What do certain pronouns mean in this chapter?

The following words have the following meanings in this chapter:

  (1) I, my, you, and your--An applicant or permit holder, unless otherwise stated.

  (2) We, us, our, and Licensing--The Child Care Licensing Department of the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
