| RULE §1.5 | Hearings |
A hearing shall be held prior to the board, the commissioner, or the fire marshal entering any final order or decision if required by law. In other cases, the board, the commissioner, or the fire marshal may, at their discretion, hold a hearing prior to entering a final order. |
