| RULE §1.507 | Other Licensees and Registrants |
The commissioner may waive the requirement in §1.504 of this subchapter (relating to Fingerprint Requirement) for individuals listed under §1.503(1), (2), (4), and (5) of this subchapter (relating to Application of Fingerprint Requirement) if the individual, or the entity with which the individual is associated, is not domiciled in Texas. |
