RULE §1.6Conduct and Decorum

Conduct and decorum shall be maintained and enforced by the presiding officer. Every party, witness, attorney, or other representative shall participate in all proceedings with proper dignity, courtesy, and respect for the agency and all other parties. Attorneys and other representatives of parties shall observe and practice a high standard of ethical behavior.
