RULE §1.804 | Manner of Notice |
Notice. Written notice that an application is complete or deficient will be delivered to the applicant by such means as will reasonably provide actual notice, such as through a designated email address provided by the applicant under §1.1302 of this title (relating to Electronic Communications from the Texas Department of Insurance). |
