RULE §1.9Failure To Appear at Hearing

Even though some or all of the parties fail to appear in person or through their duly authorized representatives, the board, the commissioner, or the fire marshal may consider fully and dispose of the matter pending if notice has been given in accordance with law. Such consideration and decision shall be on the basis of the entire record in the proceedings.
