SUBCHAPTER ASTATEWIDE MUTUAL ASSESSMENT COMPANIES, LOCAL MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATIONS, AND BURIAL ASSOCIATIONS
RULE §13.23Rate Increases

(a) With the consent of the State Board of Insurance, a local mutual burial association may change its rates by adopting and filing with the State Board of Insurance a new rate schedule, but in each instance each rate must be within the minimum and maximum as promulgated by the State Board of Insurance.

(b) Any changes in rates of local mutual aid associations and statewide mutual assessment corporations shall be filed with the commissioner of insurance along with the minutes pertaining thereto as required under these sections.

(c) Applications for approval of rate increases must be submitted on forms furnished by the State Board of Insurance or forms acceptable to the State Board of Insurance.
