RULE §19.1206 | Errors and Omissions Policies |
For any errors and omissions policy used to satisfy the financial responsibility requirement under the Insurance Code, Article 21.07-3, §4C(a)(1), the State Board of Insurance shall be a certificate holder and shall receive a copy of any cancellation or nonrenewal notice. |
