RULE §21.110Disparagements

(a) An advertisement may not directly or indirectly unfairly disparage competitors, their policies, services, or business methods, and may not unfairly disparage or minimize competing methods of marketing insurance.

(b) An advertisement may not contain statements that are untrue in fact or that are misleading by implication in respect of another insurer's assets, corporate structure, financial standing, age, or relative position of the insurer in the insurance business.
