SUBCHAPTER COPERATIONS
RULE §25.62Compliance with Statutory, Regulatory, or Contractual Requirements

If statutory, regulatory, or contractual restrictions provide that the insurance contract may not be cancelled unless notice is given to a governmental agency, mortgagee, certificate of insurance holder or other third party, the insurer shall give the required notice and calculate the cancellation date in conformity with the Insurance Code, Article 24.17(e).
