Sections 3.3721 - 3.3723 of this title (relating to Preferred and Exclusive Provider Benefit Plan Network Approval, Application for Preferred and Exclusive Provider Benefit Plan Approval and Qualifying Examination, and Examinations) apply to preferred and exclusive provider benefit plans offered pursuant to Insurance Code Chapter 1301 in commercial markets. Sections 3.3274 - 3.3725 of this title (relating to Quality Improvement Program and Payment of Certain Out-of-Network Claims) apply only to exclusive provider benefit plans offered pursuant to Insurance Code Chapter 1301 in commercial markets. |
