RULE §3.5307Standard for Additional Benefits

If a contract of insurance includes other lawful benefit or benefits for which standards or reasonableness of benefits in relation to premium are not elsewhere in these sections determined or described, any premium charged therefor in excess of the rates set forth in these sections shall be shown to the satisfaction of the commissioner of insurance to be based upon credible statistics, and shall be reasonable in relation to the additional benefit provided.
