SUBCHAPTER CAPPLICATION BY CONTINUING CARE PROVIDER FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY
RULE §33.205Deficient Application

If any of the items required under §33.204 of this title (relating to Contents of Application) is determined to be insufficient by the department, the department shall notify the applicant and give 30 days from the date of notice to correct the deficiencies. If the deficiencies have not been corrected after the 30 days have expired, the department may take either of the actions listed in paragraphs (1)-(2) of this section:

  (1) return the application, and require the applicant to completely refile, except for the fee, in order to be considered for a certificate of authority; or

  (2) proceed to hearing on the application.
