SUBCHAPTER DDISCLOSURE STATEMENT
RULE §33.308Violation of Requirements Concerning Disclosure Statements

(a) The Commissioner may order a provider to supplement or correct a disclosure statement that has been determined to be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.

(b) Failure or refusal by the provider to abide by such an order constitutes a willful and intentional violation of this chapter and the Act, and subjects the provider to sanctions and penalties.
