(a) The owner or operator of a solvent cleaning operation
in Brazoria, Chambers, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fort Bend, Galveston,
Harris, Johnson, Kaufman, Liberty, Montgomery, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant,
and Waller Counties shall comply with the requirements in this division
no later than March 1, 2013.
(b) The owner or operator of a solvent cleaning operation
in Wise County shall comply with the requirements in this division
as soon as practicable, but no later than January 1, 2017.
(c) The owner or operator of a solvent cleaning operation
that becomes subject to this division on or after the applicable compliance
date in this section shall comply with the requirements in this division
no later than 60 days after becoming subject.
(d) Upon the date the commission publishes notice in
the Texas Register that the Wise County
nonattainment designation for the 2008 Eight-Hour Ozone National Ambient
Air Quality Standard is no longer legally effective, the owner or
operator of each solvent cleaning operation in Wise County is not
required to comply with any of the requirements in this division.
