| RULE §311.22 | Implementation of Effluent Quality Criteria |
The commission, upon the request of the executive director, shall revise those permits in the Clear Lake watershed to reflect the terms and conditions of this subchapter and include an implementation schedule to restore, preserve, and maintain the quality of water in Clear Lake as expeditiously as possible. |
