| (a) The owner shall employ or contract with one or more licensed wastewater treatment facility operators or wastewater facility operations companies holding a valid license or registration according to the requirements of Chapter 30, Subchapter J of this title (relating to Wastewater Operators And Operations Companies). (b) The operator or wastewater facility operations company shall have the same level of license or higher as the operator license of the permitted domestic wastewater treatment facility associated with the reclaimed water production facility. (c) The owner shall notify the executive director at least 45 days prior to completion and at least 45 days prior to operation of a reclaimed water production facility. |
