SUBCHAPTER CGENERAL LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
RULE §336.203License Required

No person shall dispose of radioactive material unless that person has a license from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, or an exemption under Texas Health and Safety Code, §401.106(a).
