Each licensee shall perform or permit the executive director to perform any tests the executive director deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the rules in this chapter, including tests of: (1) wastes and facilities used for the receipt, storage, processing, handling, and disposal of wastes; (2) radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and (3) other equipment and devices used in connection with the receipt, possession, handling, processing, storage, or disposal of waste.
