| RULE §351.32 | Designation of Regional Area |
The watershed area of the East Fork of the Trinity River that lies in Dallas, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Collin Counties is designated as an area in which the implementation of a regional or area-wide system is necessary or desirable to effectuate the policy stated in §26.081. |
