RULE §86.1Special Procedures To Prevail

This chapter supplements Chapter 80 of this title (relating to Contested Case Hearings) by providing special procedures to be followed for particular types of hearings. Whenever there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 80 of this title, this chapter prevails.
