RULE §13.19Protection of Certain State Land

The commissioner of the General Land Office establishes that all of the state owned lands included within the proposed additions to the coastal barrier resources system by the United States Department of the Interior's February, 1987, draft report to congress, Coastal Barrier Resources System, Proposed Recommendations for Additions to or Deletions from the Coastal Barrier Resources System, Volumes 19 and 20, are areas to be used primarily for wildlife refuge, sanctuary, recreation, or natural resources conservation purposes. Volumes 19 and 20 of the draft report are adopted by reference only for the purpose of specifying which lands are proposed for addition to the coastal barrier resources system. Copies of volumes 19 and 20 of the draft report can be obtained by sending a written request to the Texas General Land Office, 1700 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.
