CHAPTER 25BEACH CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
RULE §25.2General
(a) This program provides state financial assistance to qualified city and county governments for the purpose of cleaning and maintaining public beaches.

(b) The availability of funds for this program is contingent upon appropriations by the legislature to the agency and the agency's allocation of appropriated funds to the program.
